We were seeing some degradation of device performance on JOAN West Europe Cloud servers.
The issue has been resolved.

We're experiencing a temporary device synchronization issue that is affecting a small subset of devices. We're investigating and will update as more details are known.

There were issues on the main JOAN application servers which have now been resolved. Operations are now resumed back to normal.
